How to reload your profile.

Most issues can be fixed by reloading the profile.  This basically tells STB Emulator to make a fresh connection to the server.

Hold the OK button down, (on the remote) until the side menu pops up.

Select Profiles from the menu.

Select the only option  there (usually TweedIPTV)
